Bimtek posyandu

Ketua Tim Pembina ( TP ) Posyandu Desa Nyuhtebel, Ni Made Laba Artini, SH mengikuti Pelatihan Peningkatan Kapasitas TP Posyandu Kabupaten/Kota Tahun 2026 (Angkatan VIII) yang berlangsung dari tanggal 14 sampai 26 Juni 2026 di Bapelkesmas Denpasar Provinsi Bali.

Arah kebijakan dan optimalisasi yang ditekankan dalam pelatihan tersebut :
1. ?Peningkatan Kompetensi Kader: Memperbarui pemahaman terkait tugas pokok dan fungsi, serta mengoptimalkan tata kelola administrasi hingga pelayanan langsung di lapangan.
2. ?Optimalisasi Peran Pembina: Menguatkan sinergi pemerintah daerah dan desa sebagai fasilitator program, serta memperketat koordinasi pembinaan dan pendampingan kader.
3. ?Optimalisasi Pelayanan Publik Terpadu: Penguatan peran enam sektor utama pelayanan masyarakat, kepatuhan regulasi di berbagai tingkatan, serta komitmen peningkatan kapasitas SDM.
4. ?Optimalisasi Perencanaan Pembangunan Desa: Mendorong penerapan moralitas dan Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM), serta penyusunan program berbasis potensi lokal melalui koordinasi strategis.
5. ?Kontribusi pada Pembangunan Nasional: Menegaskan penguatan regulasi strategis melalui Permendagri Nomor 13 Tahun 2024 dan peningkatan kapasitas aparatur desa secara berkelanjutan.
6. ?Penguatan Kelembagaan Posyandu Bali: Menyediakan dasar hukum alokasi sumber daya daerah dan mempererat koordinasi antara pemerintah dengan tokoh masyarakat demi pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas.
